The rules apply to all registered users of GW Casino. Read them carefully to know the exact terms and conditions. By creating a profile, you accept and agree with them, as well as bonus rules, privacy policy, extra T&C, and any further rules that may be applied over time.

1. Service

The site is controlled by GW.Casino. We act as a middleman between casinos and players. We may promote casinos that have license obtained from the Curacao Government.

We are not responsible for legal issues related to your country of residence. Also, be aware that casinos do not accept players from the states where online gambling is banned. To access the casino, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. Both services and terms can be updated or changed.

2. Players

To play casino games, you have to register with a casino. You confirm that your gambling activity is compliant with all the laws, so we aren’t responsible for any illegal usage and/or consequences. To start playing, you should provide actual and valid personal info.

We make sure casinos don’t share it with middlemen except for some causes described in the terms. You guarantee that you own the money invested and don’t play on someone else’s behalf. Casino can check the info and, particularly, your age. Underage accounts will be blocked.

3. Accounts

You can have only one active profile at GW Casino. We delete all the duplicate profiles that share the same email, number, address, registration device, etc. To start gambling, you should make a deposit in the official currency of your country at the casino you choose. If it’s not available, they will convert your deposit into EUR. Note that player accounts aren’t bank accounts.

Accounts that have no activity during the past 3 months are considered ‘inactive’ and can feature a $10 monthly fee. Accounts that have no activity during the past 6 months are considered ‘dormant’ so the casino can void them. You can close your profile at any time.

Be aware that each casino reserves the rights to conduct the verification of your identity, age or any info provided during the registration process on any stage. In case you fail to verify your profile, the operator has a right to withhold the winnings, lock and delete the account suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Money transfers may come with fees depending on the banking option. It’s your responsibility to specify the issue. Banks and payment processors may charge extra commissions. The minimum cash-out amount is 100 €/US$/CA$/AU$ or 10,000 SEK/NOK. The maximum amount isn’t set. Still, per one transaction, you can withdraw up to 5,000 €/US$/CA$/AU$ or 50,000 SEK/NOK, and up to 10,000 €/US$/CA$/AU$ or 100,000 SEK/NOK per 10 days.

We don’t process deposits or withdrawals. It is the casino that does it. So, they can request confirmations on the first withdrawal, including IDs, residency proofs, copies of cards, bank references, and other documents. The casino can audit your transactions. You guarantee not to make chargebacks and reversals. You will have to return all owed money to the casino. The casino can hold any won money in the case of returns and chargebacks from your side. You can withdraw money from the cash balance only, not from the bonus one.

5. Unfinished Games

Let’s clarify your rights. You can’t cancel the transfer after the bet is approved. In the case of connectivity issues, you should complete the game upon the next login. If it’s impossible, the casino may return your bet. If the problem occurs due to the fault of the casino, it usually voids all bets and returns them to the players.

6. Illegal Actions

You confirm that you got money from legal sources and you don’t plan to use the casino as a transfer point or for any fraudulent activity. Players aren’t allowed to cheat, use stolen cards, take part in criminal activities, use a VPN, and cooperate with middlemen to get an advantage.

Your profile will be closed in the case of suspicious behavior. Casinos can also notify authorities and regulators about this behavior. You mustn’t try to get illegal access to the site, hack, spam or flood it.

7. Limitation of Liability

We don’t guarantee that the casino you register with will be profitable for you, secure, free of malware and bugs. We aren’t responsible for money losses related to any aspect of the site or partners. We can not limit or stop any bet. We can not also block your profile or void funds from it if you violate these terms. You accept that gambling is a risky activity that might lead to losses. 9. Complaints

We process claims and disputes within 7 days after submission. To start a discussion, you should contact the support center. At casinos, you accept that the results from the game server prevail over any other displays and results. Thus, the server acts as the main authority in disputes.

10. Other

If any term or point becomes invalid, it should be deleted or amended to meet the laws. If there’s a failure to complete any right or remedy, this shouldn’t be treated as a waiver. Any waiver becomes effective once it’s stated and delivered to you.

These rules shouldn’t create extra rights for intermediaries. These terms don’t cover any type of enterprise between clients and providers. Originally, these terms are in English and this version always prevails.
